Located high on the cliffs of Cabo Matapalo is the Bosque del Cabo. This  750-acre forest reserve features beautiful bungalows perched high on the cliffs of Cabo Matapalo and beautiful, rustic garden-view rooms, surrounded by thriving rainforests.

Matapalo is at the tip of the Osa Peninsula and the beaches of Matapalo is where Encanta La Vida is found. Matapalo is just 40 minutes from Puerto Jiménez, at the mouth of the Golfo Dulce. While not directly on the beach, Encanta La Vida includes 2 different accommodation styles to choose from, hidden along its tropical garden paths.

At the end of the road, overlooking the Corcovado National Park, is Luna Lodge rainforest accommodation. With 18 individual accommodations, you can feel the tropical forest of the Osa Peninsula. This secluded eco lodge is situated on 60 acres of primary (over 75%) and secondary rainforest on the ridges above Carate, making for cool nights to sleep among the natural sounds of the Osa.

Danta Corcovado, a 100% locally managed hotel, is located 8 km from the entrance of Corcovado National Park (Los Patos station) a short distance from the western edge of the Park. Breakfast is included and traditional Costa Rican meals are served in an open-air restaurant. The hotel, restaurant and open kitchen are linked by a corridor covered with a spectacular wooden cobweb the size of a wall with a giant chandelier.
