Experience sloths in their natural habitat, protected by a local family on the Osa Peninsula Sloth Tour. This unique adventure began with the creation of a bird garden and a path for their grandmother, which led to the discovery of numerous sloths in the family’s gardens. The passion for planting and a desire to excel led Don Toño and his wife Nai, along with their seven children, to pursue their dream at the age of 37.

Now at the age of 74, Antonio proudly guides visitors through Finca de la Perica, sharing his knowledge of agriculture that he has practiced since childhood, as well as inspiring life stories. This tour is not only a chance to encounter these incredible creatures but also to learn about the agricultural culture that has helped make Costa Rica the country it is today.
